Note：

1.If you encounter difficulties during the installation process, you can contact customer service. We have a professional technical team to help you solve the problem and smoothly install the print head!

2. Please turn off the printer power when printing, otherwise it will cause the motherboard chip to burn.

After loading the print head, please do not install the ribbon on top of 10 A4 documents.

Make the new needle have a running-in process, and then put the ribbon. I hope you can handle it carefully.

3. If the original print head is broken, especially ink leakage, the motherboard may be burned out.

Therefore, please troubleshoot the motherboard before replacing the print head. Also, the F1 and F2 fuze wires of the main board can only be replaced with original fuses of the same current value and the same model.

If the fuse with higher current value and different models is replaced, the print head and motherboard may be damaged.
